Training Management & Research (TMR) Wing, SGA&CD
With the gradual strength of provincial civil service after the eighteenth (18th) amendment to the constitution of Pakistan, the Government of Sindh established Sindh Civil Services Academy (SCSA) in 2011 for professional development of civil servants. Later, the SCSA was revamped and restructured as Training Management and Research (TMR) Wing in 2018, which is now a premier training and research institute.
It aims to create a pool of competent, skilled, and professional government officers who can serve the public with excellence, integrity, and accountability. It is, therefore, mandated to conduct pre-service and in-service training programs and courses for capacity building and professional development of civil servants.
